My main responsibilities are to minister to congregants in small groups in the area of Discipleship: bible study, prayer, quiet times, outreach and overseeing their spiritual growth while maintaining Personal Spiritual Disciplines.

I have been involved with DI since 1994 when I took the ETS course and after that, I led ETS classes. In 2001 September, I became a full time staff at DI.

I believe that the ETS discipleship training is used by the Lord to transform lives as the students learnt how to meet with God on a daily basis and being accountable, pray and meditate on the Word of God and learn how to memorize the Topical Bible Verses that are practical and useful for their day to day living. They also learnt how to share their faith through the Salvation Testimony and the Bridge Illustration. At the same time they are learning how to lead bible studies and leadership skills which contribute to their service in their own churches.

Over the years, I have seen many lives changed, encouraged and discipling others (2 Timothy 2:2) Some had even gone to mission's trips and became missionaries locally or globally. The ministry of Di is helping to fulfill the Lord's Commission to the church in multiplying disciples locally and globally. ( Matthew 28:19,20)
