Rafael’s Update March 2023

I would like to start giving all the glory to our God because He has really been good to us, because He had blessed us by giving us the opportunity to serve him for His glory…

With our brothers and sisters in Tlaxcalixtlahuaca Guerrero, who receive us with great joy.

Every Wednesday that we meet to pray, we always ask for more disciples, and we always pray to God so that more people could be saved, and God has not been slow to answer our prayers because he has already sent us 4 families that have been added to our congregation, and now we have more work to disciple the new believers.

But we are also growing in another way because we want to share with you the news that God has brought a blessing to our lives: we are expecting a new baby! We hope that now God will send us a beautiful princess, we also ask for your prayers, that everything goes well during the pregnancy and in the special consultations that my wife has, because we are having complications due to the poor health services that exist here in Oaxaca, that God provides everything that is necessary for the birth of our baby.

As always, we need of your prayers, because big changes are coming, one of them is to become independent as a church, because soon we will be officially organized, we will have a graduation from the Institute which we do not know if it will continue, as a Pastor I need a lot of wisdom from God to make wise decisions regarding the direction we will take as a church, because we need to continue growing and maturing until we can send others and plant new churches in the region.

We will never stop thanking you for all the support you have given to the missionary work in Oaxaca, I am praying a lot to our God to provide the resources that are required for new projects that we will have as a church, perhaps we have to go and knock on doors to different places to present our projects, and it’s God’s will, He will open the doors for us and will provide everything we need. I’m currently serving at a Rehabilitation Center for Alcoholics and Drug Addicts, for whom God has placed a great burden on me and I also ask for your prayers.

We have nothing left but to give all the glory to our God for everything that is happening in our community of faith, we are very happy to see how God works despite our weaknesses. Don't stop praying for us, for the Mission, for our leadership, for our family, and for our finances.
